This project consisted of 2 buildings with a combined square footage of 650,000. This was a “tilt-up” project that started in late fall. The slabs were poured with a newly purchased quartz system S240 Laser with the average size pour being about a 40,000 square foot range, With FF and FL in the 50’s and 60’s range.

This riser has 3 chambers and was poured in 15 foot lifts. Constructed in about 6 weeks!

Beginning of project

Within one month, we were starting to pour floor slabs, completing 75% of foundations and casting beds.

One and half months later

650,000 square foot facility
